I took my bike in for a service on Saturday morning. It was booked in for Tuesday but Toby said he would start it that day if possible. I got a message in the afternoon to say all the work has been completed. As always the team at Big Bear were very knowledgeable and helpful.

I went through a very comprehensive bike fit. Mike made it very interesting and really knew about the body in relation to the bike. All very professional.
The Staff were all extremely friendly and helpful which makes a big difference to the overall experience. It is early days yet to pass comment on the product, a Trek Rail 7; as it has only been ridden the once so we will give it a fair trial. From the first run out it is looking good.

I'm very happy with how you fixed the gears on my winter bike. It's great that I can actually use it again, after you discovered the crack in my front derailleur bracket. I had no idea! I appreciate you tracking down the spare part my bike needed, which wasn't from your usual providers. It rides like a dream again. Thankyou :-)

From the minute we walked into the shop we had the feeling that we were going too get professional help and advise about buying an E- bike for the first time. Mike, the gentleman who served us was good at his job from start too finish. We did not feel rushed or miss-guided in buying this bike. The bike was delivered by him earlier this morning and after lunch First name removed was able too test it out doing 20 miles on it already. First name removed has just rung the shop too let him know how pleased he is with the bike and its performance.
