The knowledge that you had to answer questions and give me confidence that I was making an informed choice in purchasing the correct bike. The prompt service, the time taken to set the bike up before I took it away even in these difficult times.
Product fitted correctly and everything in emasculate condition. Relevant features of bike explained throughly.
The shop is still well stocked and well presented, even though it must be difficult getting supplies at the moment. Customers are encouraged to use sanitisers or gloves on arrival which were both evident at each end of the shop.
A barrier is evident to try to restrict the number of people in the shop at one time but staff are sensible and remain jovial and polite.
The heartening thing for me is, even though they are clearly busy pricing seems to have stayed the same as has the quality of the service.

We had a really great experience from the moment we stepped in to BBB. A very enthusiastic , informative guy called Alex looked after us .He listened to what I was looking for in a bike and we tried it out in the car park. Complete with helmet and bag all set to go , we were able to purchase the bike and take it home the same day.
