My rear cable snapped and I took the bike to BB. I know how very busy they are just now. However the agreed to mend it asap and I got it back in full working order within two days. Maybe it was because I had the look of bandit

Very friendly staff with a great knowledge of the bikes they sell. They Listen to your needs ,without pushing you to have something you don't require. I would also like to thank the delivery staff for bringing my bike to me, with it been 3hr journey there and back. I will shop again when in the area or some were near.
