I walked in to the store, and to be honest I haven’t been on a bike in 10 years.
I explained my inexperience and was treated with respect and wasn’t talked down to. In fact I was encouraged and welcomed back to biking!
The features of each bike were explained and the options given were very relevant to me. I wasn’t pushed into buying something I didn’t want or need. I was listened to. I wasn’t show bikes that were beyond my price range or the restrictions I have.

Great service. I didn't realise I had to wait for notification of my bike check being complete so I had to make two trips. It would be useful to notify customers of this when they drop their bikes off.

The team at Big Bear Bikes made choosing a new e-bike for my wife's birthday a real pleasure. Though 'run off their feet' with demand and struggling with the coronavirus distancing measures they still managed to take the time to advise and make sure everything was just right for our needs. Their enthusiasm and professionalism for all things 'bike' was contagious.
