Excellent service with delivering a new E Mountain Bike today. I did note the invoice stated "repair" invoice so coudnt quite grasp this on a new bike albeit I realise you have to "Build" the bike.

Mike was great and full of bike knowledge. He wasn’t pushy at all which in the end meant that I came back to big bear to buy the Roscoe 8, after having had discussions with other bike shops. He was great at explaining things (such as warrantee and bike spec) in layman’s terms and helped me find a bike that was suited to what I was looking for. Overall, very happy!
