Great service. I didn't realise I had to wait for notification of my bike check being complete so I had to make two trips. It would be useful to notify customers of this when they drop their bikes off.

The team at Big Bear Bikes made choosing a new e-bike for my wife's birthday a real pleasure. Though 'run off their feet' with demand and struggling with the coronavirus distancing measures they still managed to take the time to advise and make sure everything was just right for our needs. Their enthusiasm and professionalism for all things 'bike' was contagious.

During these difficult times we still felt that the staff took time to attend our every need, Mike was very knowledgeable when asked questions, over all I've found shopping at Big Bear Bikes a most pleasurable experience.
The attention to detail and their ability to think around a problem with bike fit was excellent. I have a prosthetic leg and they came up with multiple gadgets, gizmos and workarounds to accommodate my leg issues and I can now ride confidently and comfortably. I love the bike that I bought off you guys, and you were really good to order it for me online and to build it up and to explain to me about what I needed to do to take the wheels off the back and how to change the gears and how to adjust the seat.
