Great friendly staff. We initially spoke to a younger lad and then after browsing for longer a guy about late 30s helped us (has 3 Yorkshire terriers if that narrows it down!)- he was really knowledgeable, helped us with colour availability and even lifted the bike into our car as we were struggling to get in it to transport home.

The service was very good from start to finish. From entering the shop Alex quickly established our requirements. We were shown a range of bikes and Alex was very fair with his assessment of the bikes in the range.
On identifying a model a test ride was quickly arranged at which Alex gave a comprehensive rundown of the bike and its functions.
Purchasing the bike was quick and a number of options were discussed of which Alex gave good advice.
Arranging pick up was swift and hand over was comprehensive.
Alex was professional throughout.
