There is a great selection of bikes that you can have a go on. Staff are friendly and approachable. I wasn't approached by the the staff just a friendly hello and the usual friendly ,,"if you need any help just ask" comment which I like. No pushy sales. Great people to talk to. Alistair helped me along the way.

We were recommended to you by two friends and we were not disappointed. We received astute, wise advice for our way forward with choosing an ebike, did a short test ride round Pickering, and we cannot fault the service we received when we picked up our bikes a fortnight later. We are very delighted with them and will return for their 6/8 week check when we have ridden them in.
The staff are excellent, very knowledgeable, not at all pushy and most importantly listen to the needs of the customer. They also cater the entire range of cyclists from "lycra road warrriors" to "weekend wobblers"

I have recently purchased a ladies marlin 6 trek e bike which I love.....so much so I have also purchased the analog version which I love also .... I am very impressed with both bikes. The service at Big Bear bikes at Pickering is outstanding and the staff can't do enough for you!

A good range of products in the shop but if you cant find exactly what youre looking for, the staff will take the time to find a supplier and order the item for you. I have found this to be a great service.

Very friendly and experienced staff - knowledgeable in road, gravel, mtb and leisure ebikes. Lovely to see the service department at the front of the shop and they were really helpful in sorting a tyre fitting for me - happy to teach me how to fit 'tight' tyres. Looking forward to picking up my new ebike.
