From the minute we walked into the shop we had the feeling that we were going too get professional help and advise about buying an E- bike for the first time. Mike, the gentleman who served us was good at his job from start too finish. We did not feel rushed or miss-guided in buying this bike. The bike was delivered by him earlier this morning and after lunch First name removed was able too test it out doing 20 miles on it already. First name removed has just rung the shop too let him know how pleased he is with the bike and its performance.
