We went to Big Bear, on a recommendation from a friend, to look at mountain bikes.
The advice given was excellent and primarily focused on the lady who was going to use the bike. There were no heavy sales tactics, just friendly support and encouragement to try different models to see which worked best. The staff made adjustments to each bike in response to comments and quickly homed in on the right solutions. In the end we bought two!
Delivery was quick and efficient with the bikes dropped to our home address in only a few days.
I have already recommended them to others.
