Excellent service, really helpful staff, lots of advice and best choice of bikes in Yorkshire, we travelled over 60miles to visit them and it was well worth the travel.
I decided to buy an e-bike during the lockdown and Big Bear Bikes were able to provide me with the one I had chosen. They built up my bike for me and delivered it free of charge - a distance of well over 30 miles each way. They were extremely polite and helpful and I would recommend Big Bear Bikes to anyone. I don't think they could have been done anything more to make sure I got my bike up and running. I took my bike back for an after sales service and again excellent service. They really did make me feel that my custom was important to them and nothing seems too much trouble. Well done them!
