When I spoke to the shop assistant I explained what I wanted to do with my bike and he fully understood what sort of bike I needed and that it had to be easy to use. He was extremely helpful and allowed me to try a bike outside in the car park , in the rain he was not worried that it would get wet and dirty like some other shops I’ve visited.
He then arranged for my bike to be brought from the warehouse and ready for me to collect the following afternoon .
Upon collection the assistant showed me how to use the gears and help me to wheel it out the shop. Superb service and I have already recommended the shop to a friend who is considering getting an electric bike.
Good quality products
I went into the store with a £1000 budget, your staff were extremely helpful (even tho it was soon apparent that this budget was unrealistic), they spent nearly an hour with me explaining about different e-bikes, it was also near to closing and they did not hurry me.
I returned a few weeks later and purchased my ideal bike from you which I am extremely pleased with. Excellent customer service at this stage, thank you

Excellent service! I bought a Trek Marlin 5 for my son for Christmas. He was able to test ride it and choose from a good selection.. Customer service was outstanding definitely recommend Big Bear Bikes.

The guy who first served me was very knowledgable, not pushy and explained the pros and cons well. When I picked up my bike, the chap took me through the bike in detail and showed me how to set up the suspension. Very impressed by the quality of service.
