I’m glad you had the bike in stock as I couldn’t find one anywhere! The delivery guy was very pleasant and friendly I felt sorry that he had to come so far but I’m very pleased with the build service and delivery. £150 seems steep but as a friend pointed out that was cheap considering the distance from your shop to my house.
I have found Big Bear employees to be friendly, knowledgeable and helpful, and the workshop to provide great service with repairs and parts

Good fast service , I dropped in on the off chance to get a new inner tube which I would have fitted but they were able to fit it for me there and then ,10 to 25 minutes and it was all done many thank .

Knowledgeable and friendly staff
Richard has been excellent throughout - picking up a warranty issue with my bike which was provided by Ashford Activ Cycles - he has taken great care of me and my bike. He has helped me secure a new frame and is currently building my new bike up. He has given me excellent advice and i look forward to seeing him later in the week when i collect my new bike.

Very good products excellent service from Oliver. Really pleased with the bikes so far. Just one. Slight difference in my bike and my wife’s was hers had rear and front reflectors which mine didn’t have on and they are the same bikes. I was going to ring and mention this. Overall from going into big bear bikes just over 2wks ago and getting our bikes yesterday was it was 100%
