I love the trekking 4 lowstep I bought, Mike was fantastic with me, explained everything about the bike and was great with all the questions I had about the safety off the batteries and how to use the bike, he also set it to correct seat height for me and gave advice on how to stop correctly, I will recommending big bear to everyone, thank you, I love my bike

Friendly helpful, and knowledgeable. Didn’t bat an eyelid at an elderley Granny coming in to buy an e bike! No hard sell, thank goodness. Plenty of bikes to look at and a large car park to try the bikes. Excellent all round, matching prices from elsewhere was the deciding factor. Would also much rather buy from a proper bike shop than on line, although that was useful for a first time e bike buyer to do research.
Fantastic service from both Mike and Alister, no pressure just good sound advice and recommendations to meet my needs. I can spend ages pondering in bike shops and I’ve been to a fair few , but this is the best…. Beautiful shop well presented ….and will compete with other shops which was great for what was a sizeable purchase for me. Well done guys..!!!!
