For me looking for an ebike I had make and models to choose from. Knowledgeable sales staff. You can try the bikes. Store is well presented service accessories etc. I purchased two ebikes I was kept updated and when I collected them had a full rundown of how the bikes worked. Overall a good experience.
Went in to have 2 E bikes serviced and a rack fitted to one. Very efficient, very helpful. Will as always go there again.

We saw both your sales staff ( Mike and Oliver ) on two separate visit and both gave us their full attention, listened to our requirements and offered us bikes that met our needs. There was no pressure from them to make a sale and although on this occasion we did not purchase they understood why and are very happy to see us again in he future when I will be ready to purchase.
