Great service from start to finish with in store team on purchasing 2 new Trek E-bikes, Mike was main focal point and was great to deal with and all questions/queries answered and followed up during order process. Further accessories added to order and were ready when new bikes arrived. Handover and receipt of new bikes done well and comprehensive with team.

I am a 73 yr old man. I am fit and active for my age, attending a gym in Scarborough for various classes at least 5 days per week. I do have a weak left knee which I have to factor in to any exercise I take.
I decided to replace my byke with an electric one though I had no knowledge of them. My son Matthew has purchased 3 bykes from you and a friend at the gym is also a customer of yours so you were highly recommended to me.
I visited your store on 25th March 2023 and was attended to by Alex.. He quickly understood what I was looking for and provided me with all the information I needed to select the appropriate cycle. Alex treated me with complete professionalism and respect and I immediately felt confident in accepting his guidance and advice. having had a 'test ride' around the car park Alex then ordered my byke.I made a follow up visit on Tuesday 11th April when I had a test ride of my new byke. Alex made the necessary adjustments to ensure I was correctly seated etc. He gave me another through briefing on how to use the power and gears to best effect and I left the store feeling confident in starting out on my new byke.
Alex delivered my new byke to me today.
I feel confident about getting any further advice from Alex as I am sure I will need it in the next week or so until I get to grips with my new machine.
I am an old fashioned ex senior police officer who has a high expectation of customer service and Alex delivered that totally and completely. I feel sure that I am in good hands.
Alex who explained everything several times and listened to specific without up selling.
