Alex was very attentive. I liked the fact that he listened to me and what I was looking for. He was very patient and ensure that I was happy with my purchase. The bike I wanted to test had faulty brakes, so Alex ensured they were fixed before I could give it a spin.
I didn't like the colour of the stickers so Alex has sorted it so that they will be changed to a colour that will compliment the bike.
Overall I am extremely happy with the service so far and will definitely return to the store for future purchases.

I bought my Trek Domane SL5 from Big Bear Bikes about 2 years ago and had no hesitation in contacting them with my latest request - despite living some 200+ miles away. Alistair looked after me on this occasion and was most helpful in going through the various details for my new bike.
