Very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly staff. Alastair was great in helping me get my new bike set up how i needed it and offering suggestions on pedals, seats and shoes. He talked me through what i needed to know about the tyre pressures and how to dial my shocks for different use. I was reassuredhelp was just on the end of the phone if i needed it and that i could always pop in too.
When choosing a bike the staff helped me to try out different models until i decided what was best for me.

The store in Pickering had a great choice of bicycles. Mike looked after my granddaughter for the correct size of bicycle and she was able to test ride the bicycles. Mike advised her on which would be best suitable for her first adult bicycle. Picked the bicycle up and my granddaughter absolutely loves it. Thank you

The lads in the service department are very helpful, ordered me new parts for my bike as soon as I had explained the problem, ordered on tuesday and arrived by friday, I fitted the parts the following day and the bike is as good as new, thanks
The staff are so helpful as soon as you walk in. Very knowledgeable. I know nothing about bikes really but shop for my boys and I don’t feel uncomfortable or self conscious at all in this shop. Lovely people.
Excellent service from choosing my bike to picking it up and riding home on it. Staff very informative and pleasant, from picking the right shoes, helmet, clip on pedals, bib shorts etc. Will definitely be buying from here again in the future, 1st class service 😀 👍

Oliver was very helpful and spent time assisting me to choose the right e-bike for my needs. It took a while to get the bike built up (about three weeks) but I knew that when I put down my deposit. When the bike was ready Oliver managed the finance arrangements and the handover very efficiently.
