The staff are so helpful as soon as you walk in. Very knowledgeable. I know nothing about bikes really but shop for my boys and I don’t feel uncomfortable or self conscious at all in this shop. Lovely people.

Oliver was very helpful and spent time assisting me to choose the right e-bike for my needs. It took a while to get the bike built up (about three weeks) but I knew that when I put down my deposit. When the bike was ready Oliver managed the finance arrangements and the handover very efficiently.
The sales and service team are all great, very helpful no matter what the questions or how many questions.

It has to be said I have experienced a lack respect for females in many bikes stores, this is absolutely not the case at Big Bear they treat everyone equally in respect of their needs.

Visited the store yesterday to be greeted by a friendly and helpful assistant as usual.

Oliver was brilliant. We live nearly 200 miles away with a Trek shop nearby but we bought our 2 bikes from you because Oliver was so friendly and knowledgeable and really helped us pick the right bikes.

The lads in the service department are very helpful, ordered me new parts for my bike as soon as I had explained the problem, ordered on tuesday and arrived by friday, I fitted the parts the following day and the bike is as good as new, thanks
