I had a 6 hour round trip to get to Big Bear Bike's and back home and it was well worth the trip. I thought the service that i received was 1st class. Mike really looked after me diligently. I had to bring my dog with me. But, it was no trouble for one member of the team to watch her while i went for a short test ride. Then Harry put some accessories on my bike. I'd like to say a special thank you to Richard who took time out to speak to me about road and cyclo cross racing. Then we chatted about our own personal stories. Nothing was too much trouble and i never felt rushed. The team are a credit to the owners. I would highly recommend Big Bear Bike's to anyone looking to buy a bike or accessories.
