Everybody really is really friendly, they explain everything you need with no rush.
We usually see the person in store, Mike who is very helpful and oblidging, he takes his time with us and made me feel at ease when buying my first e-bike when I didn't fully understand what I wanted. He took his time and was very patient, explaining everything in a way we could understand, we have since been back and purchased other items and seen Mike a number of times in store and he always remembers us and is always very pleasant. The store has a good range of everything from buying bikes to accessories and servicing but we never feel rushed or pressured into buying something we don't want, all in all a great service.

Big Bear Bikes keep an excellent range of products and bicycles for all ages and abilities. I recently bought an e-mountain bike and the customer service was absolutely spot on. They explained in a lot of detail all I wanted to know about the e-bike. This is the second bike I have bought from Big Bear Bikes. On both occassions I came away as a very satisfied customer. They really understand needs.

This is the second time I have got a bike from big bear bikes it's a great team there and you never feel pressured in to buying and they talk to you to buying the right bike for your needs. After I picked the bike up I was show in detail how it all works so I am very happy with that. Oliver is a great member of staff
I had Alistair as my sales assistant. He was professional and polite. He was able to answer any questions or queries I had about the bikes I was looking at. Within an hour I found a bike a liked with his assistance and had it in order. I went to collect the bike a couple of weeks later, and Alistair again, was very helpful. He set the bike up to match my height and weight and gave me advice on how to care for the bike going forward. Will definitely use this store again in the future.
