Lovely staff in this shop, especially Oliver who goes above and beyond to help you and give you any advice he can, he even had my son and four of his teenage friends to deal with when they all piled in to the shop wanting helmets and bike grips etc, patience of a saint he’s got!! Great customer service, given plenty of time to ask questions, given opportunity for a decent length test ride, trouble taken to set the bike up to match my bike fit, useful suggestions for accessories such as lights and mounts. Very impressed so far, I chose Big Bear after friends recommended it for after sales service, which is something that is very important to me.
