Welcoming, helpful and knowledgeable staff. Brought my bike in for service and an issue with front ring, was called by Harry and given an appraisal of works required on the bike. Furthermore, was told when the bike was going to be ready when handing the bike over and received text and email informing the works were complete and ready for collection, important information when you are planning your next ride!
Excellent professional quality service and first class help in selecting the correct bike for me from there huge range.

I had my e-bike bike serviced with you last week to keep it running smoothly, job was great with one exception - the battery hadn't been charged which I think should be standard practice on a service especially as id come from Northallerton to collect the bike to then go on to Dalby for a ride.

As someone new only just getting into cycling, I was given all the help and advice which I required. It never felt like I was being given the hard sell on things which I don't need yet and instead was just given practical advice and information on the basics. It didn't feel like a sale and rather just a conversation with someone who was passionate about bikes. I will certainly be coming back with all my questions and to buy the items needed to add to my new hobby.
