I recently had my bike serviced in your workshop. When I had last ridden it, it was quite noisy and it wasn't clear where it was coming from, I'd also not used it for many months and wanted to be sure that it was in a roadworthy condition.
The lads in the workshop couldn't have been more helpful and accommodating, after I had collected it, I went out straight away for a ride, however, it was still noisy and I was disappointed with this. On my return home, I rang the shop and explained this, I took it straight back and waited while it was looked at and checked again. They were so helpful, as the noise turned out to be from a build up of salt on the seat post, which wasn't part of the service.
They cleaned it off and greased it for me, and since then it's been great to get out and it's a pleasure to ride again.
So, please thank them for me.

Quick response to my request for repair/ replacement to a broken part on my electric assisted bike. It was great that they had the part in stock which meant that I could still take my bike away on holiday. All the staff are always very welcoming and helpful.
