Great service as always!
I came in looking for lights and got quick assistance navigating the selection and finding the right fit for me.
As a female-identifying cyclist, I also appreciate that this bike shop consistently has a mix of genders represented on the staff - a rarity in NYC bike shops in my experience. It’s a low bar, but this goes a long way to make the shop feel more welcoming to me.

The people in the store are really friendly snd helpful. Chad helped me find a helmet, and gave me a bunch of info about choosing a bike once I’m ready to get one.
I think all your staff is competent and know what they are talking about.
The other thing I like is that when I go in with a mechanical issue, your mechanics are generally available and I don't have to wait long. My bike is my method of getting around, and when I come in, I really appreciate being able to get my bike back fairly quickly. Quick turnaround times are greatly appreciated!
Honest and upfront. I traded my sons bike after he outgrew it and pick up an amazing bike you guys had on the floor. I was expecting to have it ready the following day but you were able to get it tuned up and ready the same day. Service like this you will not find from shopping online. I will highly recommend Bicycle Habitat to family and friends because of your customer service. Your prices are very competitive and your selection is great. Having two growing kids, bicycles are something we buy and service often, having a place like this right here in our neighborhood makes my life easier, thank you again

The repair person did a great job! He kept working on my bike until the squeaking brake stopped squeaking.
The service was fast, and the reps were friendly and knowledgeable. I purchased my bike here during the pandemic lockdown. I haven’t had any problems, and I am still enjoying my bike.

Staff generally pretentious like most bike shops. Talk to you like you’re an idiot and shouldn’t be asking such novice questions. Sad for culture in bicycle community.
