Went to pick up a bike I bought online. I told the guy in the counter that I was interested in getting a kickstand. He told me he would take care of it and took my bike to the back. I asked him which models were available and he was very vague about it. He just told me there was one, but that it would need to be adjusted. I followed him to the back of the bike shop but another person told me to wait on the entrance. I wanted to know which options I had, but got no answer. I asked again which models they had, which materials were they made of and which colored were available. They guy just told me I could choose between a black one and a silver one. (It is worth mentioning that he never even mentioned the model, material or even price of the accessory). I said I wanted a black one. After a couple of minutes the guy came back and said. “I’m sorry, it’s going to have to be the silver one.” I was shook. What made him think that he could force me to buy a kickstand that I have never seen, and even get a color that I did not choose. I told him I was not interested in buying the silver one, and he then ran to the back to stop his coworkers from installing it. I know a kickstand is one of the cheapest accessories, but still, I was extremely disappointed by the poor way in which the person in the counter treats his customers. As a costumer the least I expect is to be informed of the options I have, to then decide what I want to get (not to be forced into buying something).

The product I ordered, a basket for bike rack, arrived in bad shape: no packaging, scuffed from kicking around in inventory for who knows how long, missing the cargo net. Staff tried to convince me it didn't come with a net until I showed them the product description on your website.

The fix was fast! What needed to get fixed was fixed and the bike is riding smoothly. And it was not expensive :-).
Friendly good service, but you kept our original (still good) knobby tires! I would have liked to have those back.
