The only thing that I didn't like is when I went to the store even though I went on the wrong day, I called a few times and no one picked up the phone. Even though there were guys inside the shop working.

Somewhat smallish selection of new bikes but that’s probably due to limited size of the store in the city and the fact that half the store is a shop for repairs and bike builds.

The Bicycle Habitat staff were incredibly helpful and patient in my search for a new bike! The 30 day policy to try out the bike is amazing, as you have peace of mind you are choosing the right one and if not can bring it back to swap for something different. Would highly recommend for either first timers or experienced cyclists!
The bike mechanic saw me promptly, treated me with respect without any bike snobbery that can be found at some shops. The bike was extensively serviced in less than 24 hours , fair service charge with professional, courteous knowledgeable staff. I will definitely return.

Excellent customer service
I feel often when I get my bicycle back after a repair there is something wrong or forgotten. This time the rack on the back was not attached. I will now need to go back and have that fixed. The person at the counter was not very friendly or helpful. He was actually somewhat rude.
Everyone that I have interacted with has been very knowledgeable and helpful. I also appreciate the store's long history and support of biking in the city.

This is my usual location. I have a mechanic I trust, and have done so for the last 5+ years. While I was there, the owner of Bicycle Habitat was also there, he was overseeing that everyone was attended to, unsurprisingly, every single person he checked with was. I was hyped to see this well oiled machine delivering value to everyone across different levels (casual cruisers to spandex warriors.)
