What do you like about our products and services?

Matt was super helpful. He was so knowledgeable and spent time with me discussing which tires I should get. I needed a lot of work done on my bike, and also I wanted a particular set of tires (Lol. I guess I'm picky). Not a big deal. Matt ordered them and my bike was like new 2 days later. Great job!

Our family decided to get a cargo bike but didn't know which type. Bicycle Habitat helped me try out two bikes that interested me. They very helpfully built them so I could try them with both our kids in tow, adding monkey bars and a Thule seat for the younger one. Everyone at BH that I talked to was very helpful and knowledgeable.

every time i go there is one sales guy who is like... i don't think we can do that.
and then we talk to the mechanic and the mechanic is like, yeah, we can do that.
bro is so negative it makes me not want to go to BH, even though you guys have everything.

The person I talked to took the time to explain the details of chain lubrication and we discussed several different lubes. I thought I knew all about this subject, but learned a little more from him.

What could we do to improve?

I was surprised that you charged to install pinheads.
One of the foot cages I bought fell off on my first ride
the inner tube I bought wasn't in the saddle back when I picked up my bike.
So while I felt good when I left the store, I'm less happy now.

What could we do to improve?

Repair shop was great. I called before dropping off my bike for basic tune up around 5:30 to ask if I would likely have to keep it overnight or could get it back the same evening. The person answering said it depends how busy they are but wouldn’t go check how busy they actually were. When I got there the repair guys made it seem like they always keep bikes overnight for tune-ups. Should have more coordination between repair shop and main number.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

I dealt with three people – two (young man and older man) were very nice and very helpful; one (young man with glasses) was extremely rude and tried to double-charge me. He should not be working in the front of the store.
