Matt is a magician. He repositioned my seat, changed my handlebars, and made multiple other tweaks to improve my comfort and power when riding my bike. All the staff are wonderful, knowledgeable and helpful.
The staff is professional and friendly. I recently had a bike customer tune up done. I asked them for advice on how to take my wheel off. They provided me with instructions and furthermore, a plastic bracket to prevent the brakes from locking, (free-of-charge). I always go there for my bike needs. I'm glad I bought my bike from them.

Ellie helped find a helmet that fit my 3 year old son (I previously bought one online that didn't fit). We visited on a busy Saturday but she was incredibly pleasant, patient, and not pushy at all - ideal customer service. I'm grateful for Bicycle Habitat!

The service I experienced was excellent. I bought new accessories for my bike and was happy with the amount of knowledge the service technician and the sales team had regarding products and upgrades to my bike. I also appreciated their friendliness when talking about the various products and enjoy coming back to the shop.
My teenage son has been having good service either for small repairing or adjusting since four years ago, if no new parts change or special needs, most of the time , he got help for free. Thank you!

Communication was great overall. Perhaps a little more messaging as things progresses would have been good, mainly about the price overall as repairs were getting made and parts replaced. Definitely it was a good experience and I would consider returning in the future.

The great customer service and knowledge about products sold was what I liked most. My friend and I came in just to get me a helmet and I received some great service from Chad that really turned my day around. I’ve always had a hard time with helmets because of the thickness and length of my hair and he not only found something for me but provided options which I appreciated. He was also very kind and down to earth. So was the other guy but I forgot (maybe didn’t hear his name)
