Walked in for an air pump and the gentlemen helped me out within seconds of walking into the bike shop and was very knowledgeable about the products they carry.

Employee was very knowledgeable and helpful, guided me towards the right replacement product, was honest about price to perform the service myself vs. having it done at the store. Even did some complimentary basic tuning up of my son's bicycle.

unable to fix the used Yuba bike unfortunately, and was told it was unsafe to ride and unusable and demand my money back from the person I got it from. At least I was not charged at all for the time spent looking at it and housing it so that is appreciated!
