They fixed my messed up bike. They contacted their sister store to find parts and had my bike ready days before expected delivery. Heart emoji — heart emoji — heart emoji.
When you purchase buy a bike from them and you tell them I want this bike, but don't want those tires, and the sales rep tell you, yeah we could change them to one that you like.
They should tell you in advance that it is going to cost you to do so, because after they change the tires for me I got charge an extra 100 dollars.

The tune up was done in a timely manner and the service was outstanding.
the person who runs the shop really knows what is doing - you can trust him right away and is willing fill your needs.
Fixing the derailleurs was inexpensive, the mechanic worked quickly and was friendly. The fix worked completely and the wind was at my back going home.
