Friendly and knowledgeable service.
Bicycle habitat staff are very helpful and patient in answering questions about bikes and equipment. This is a place I'd trust in selecting and buying a bicycle.

The people working in your store are very knowledgeable about cycling gear and bikes. They are friendly and eager to explain differences in equipment and gear. The two Michaels & Edikson were very helpful as well as others whose names I don’t recall.

Very helpful and friendly
Everyone was very nice but the sales guy accidentally sold me the wrong tire. The mechanic eventually figured it out and set me straight but the mix up took an hour to sort out. But huge shout out to the mechanic to helped me get the tire on my wheel to get me rolling again.
I like the store and the products, i especially like how friendly and knowledgable the staff is.
