The people in the store
Everyone who works at your store is patient, knowlegeable about biking and pleasant. Please keep popcorn the dog! (a nice bonus) I love my new bike and everyone - esp Taylor and Aliiaa ( not sure if name right) were so helpful in getting the right fit. The inly difficult thing was to try the bike out kind of in loads of traffic- the open streets thing seems good for riding, but I ended up injuring my knee severely trying to avoid an adult moped and a 5 year old scooter rider who decided to occupy the same space without looking. It will be a while before I can ride the new bike I love- but I truly love it.

Good personality
I was very excited about trading in my kid's 20inch bike (which i had also purchased at your store) for a 24inch model. As a loyal customer (i have also purchased) a 16inch model before that) I expected the trade in process to be smooth and fair, like in the past. Instead, I was told we'd only be getting 50% of the cash I paid for my 20inch bike, ignoring the fact i also traded in a 16inch model to get the 20. Basically, I was being offered $75 for a bike in top working conditions for a Trek bike that now retails for $329. Which seemed deeply unfair and a little insulting to a loyal customer with two growing children.

Prompt notification that the bike arrived, excellent and expedient service during pick up.
I was charged $25 for a small, special purpose screw on my pannier rack. I had asked whether they had it in stock. Mechanic installed it without asking me in advance, and then told me price for the part and labor (it took all of 5 minutes). Rationale given for the high price is "if you bought a new pannier rack, it would cost $70"--sure, but I also won't be back at Bicycle Habitat in the future.
