Knowledgeable, skillfull and personable staff. Got my ride good as new in less than 2 days (2008 Specialized Allez needed a full tune, new cables, brake pads, wraps, wheels trued). Will certainly be back when I need work again.

My wife and I were provided with excellent and friendly service in the selection and outfitting of our bikes. Noah was the tech who helped me out. Great guy. Actually today was our first day taking the bikes out, and they're dreamy. Thanks to the kickass staff at Vanderbilt Bicycle Habitat.
You guys were very honest and up front about what could be done versus what should be done and you left a decision up to me. I never felt pressured to get additional maintenance or to buy anything and I trust you guys implicitly. I used to live in the neighborhood and I moved farther. Uptown, but it's absolutely worth it to me to make the trip to go to a bike shop that I trust

You had many different styles of bikes to choose from. And your salesperson, Taylor, made very sure the bike was right for me and I was comfortable on it.

$20 for a five minute brake adjustment is completely absurd. I understand that you guys need to be profitable in order to stay in business, but no other bike shop in Park Slope is this wildly overpriced, especially for such a simple thing that doesn't require significant knowledge.

I was told that the chain was replace totally, turned out they just replaced one link and charged my for the entire chain. Bummed out

Got a rear flat after riding to work and needed a fix quickly. Justine and Francisco were very friendly and helpful in not only fixing the flat, but also recommended and installed some much needed locks to help protect my bike from theft in the city. I can definitely see myself coming back to this shop!
