Sales people weren’t attentive. I was able to order what I needed to, but I asked to be called when the order arrived, as stated on the invoice, and it didn’t happen. The order was also delayed and I wasn’t informed. I was disappointed at the quality of service.
I appreciated the very helpful and friendly service I received at Bicycle Habitat. The process of breaking down my bike and shipping was very clear and thorough. Would highly recommend service to anyone.

Issue wast thoroughly explained, felt rushed and pressured. Repair and replacement cost twice as much as the three other bike stores I’ve had it done at elsewhere in New York.
I spent a good 2 minutes in and left with what I needed. Calling before arriving was great too, they picked up so fast. The staff is really friendly and helpful.
Jeff is a smart mechanic and personable. I was seen in a timely fashion and my bike was ready when they promised.
