You want people to be happy with their bike. The only complaint I have this recent time is no one called me back to keep me informed about when the repair was done. I had to call several times

When I first picked up my bike post tune up the break rubbed. Would have been great if you guys had done a quick all over bike check first. Otherwise I am very happy with the service. Especially appreciated the fast turn around.

The team at Bicycle Habitat were awesome. They did a detailed fitting, explained how the newer features of the bike operated and how to maintain the bike.
They asked questions about the fit and ride as well as made recommendations on what pedals to use.
Lastly, they safely shipped my bike home!

Victor and Brian were wonderful. I approached Victor about purchasing a Trek Domane AL 3. He recommended that I try a few bikes, and I'm appreciative that we took the time to get the fit right. Brian also helped, particularly with explaining the different bike components and what upgrades were versus were not worth it. Great, friendly, patient staff.

I came in to purchase a bike (my first since I was a child!), and Adam took time and care to listen to what my needs were and make a recommendation. He met me where I was with my (minimal!) level of bike knowledge while sharing his deep knowledge and genuine passion for biking. He helped me get changes made to the bike same-day so I could ride the bike home--I am thrilled with my new wheels! The whole experience was a delight. Thank you!
