Could not wish for friendlier service! Needed a new chain and a new tire they were able to get everything done same day. When i picked up my bike they noticed something off with the handle bar and made sure to tighten before letting me go!! Honestly its a pleasure going there every time we have been going there for years and they always save the day!! Thank you!!

I bought a new bike in January and it's had persistent brake problems ever since. I had to return multiple times between January and May to get them addressed. I was told I'd be contacted when parts came in but I often wasn't contacted and had to call myself after waiting a couple of weeks. Most recently the back brake rotor and pads were replaced and after getting the bike home I realized the pads were rubbing. I know I need to bring it back to be fixed but I'm running out of energy. I wish I'd gotten a different bike from a different shop.

Brought a bike to build. They did a great job. service was friendly and professional. They also helped me with parts for this used , but cool older bike. Liked their attitude about bikes. Would definitely bring my bike back for service and I would highly recommend the bike shop.
The technician, Tim, was courteous and seemed knowledgeable about my bike. He swapped out a tire in no time and also offered to fix a gear-shifting issue that I had noticed before but hadn't thought to ask to get looked at.

I came in looking for lights and got quick assistance navigating the selection and finding the right fit for me.
As a female-identifying cyclist, I also appreciate that this bike shop consistently has a mix of genders represented on the staff - a rarity in NYC bike shops in my experience. It’s a low bar, but this goes a long way to make the shop feel more welcoming to me.

The people in the store are really friendly snd helpful. Chad helped me find a helmet, and gave me a bunch of info about choosing a bike once I’m ready to get one.
I think all your staff is competent and know what they are talking about.
The other thing I like is that when I go in with a mechanical issue, your mechanics are generally available and I don't have to wait long. My bike is my method of getting around, and when I come in, I really appreciate being able to get my bike back fairly quickly. Quick turnaround times are greatly appreciated!
