Hello, I just want to thank you for doing an amazing job on my bike. It feels like a brand new bike with the tune up! I wanted to ask if it was possible to get my old pedals back.

I ordered a bicycle online because of an online only sale. I never received notification that the bicycle was ready. When I called a week later, I was told it had been sitting there waiting for me.
Ultimately the frame size was too large. This was noted by the person in charge when I returned the bike. He saw that right off. However when I picked up the bike, no one commented on this. This could have save both BIcycle Habitat and myself time.
You guys were really nice and did a great job with my bike. Will be back in the future for all my bike related needs.

New to the neighborhood, so very pleased to find a good bike shop a couple of blocks away. The boyf and I brought my bike in to get a valve repair. I had forgotten about my gravity wheel locks on an earlier occasion so this time I came prepared with the wheel lock key. We both really enjoyed our interactions with friendly and knowledgeable staff. Our impression was that they were thorough and patient. We did some shopping around the store inventory as well and staff was super informative regarding some of the accessories we were thinking of purchasing (but not yet ready).
I'll definitely be heading back soon for a rear rack installation (I understand for my particular single-speed kit bike it's possible but takes an extra/special part) and potentially some lights as well, if I cannot find my old ones after a move to a new place.

Purchased a $675 bike. One would think the new bike should be wipe down and clean. Bought it home to clean it up and discovered a 2 inch long scratch, glossy paint scratch off. Too late to complain about it to the store.
