Matt, Antonio, and the entire team have made the shop a second home for me in the city. I'm incredibly grateful for the amount of trust and expertise I can rely on them for and imagine there's no shop that compares to the community the team creates for everyone that sets foot in the shop.

Aaron was so knowledgeable and helpful. Helped me pick out a bike for my fiancé’s birthday which was perfect, and set it up with all the needed extras!
I bought a bike the day before at a different location and they were helpful and friendly but I needed a helmet because they didn’t have any my size so I came to this location and John (almost positive that was his name) was by far the coolest, nicest, most helpful and knowledgeable bike guy I’ve ever met! He was so helpful and nice that my boyfriend who was just looking decided to buy a bike. In addition to that he helped me find the perfect helmet, fenders, told us about the rules for needing lights and bells on our bikes and taught me more about bike locks. I couldn’t recommend him more, they deserve a raise! 10/10 would recommend for sure!

Great selection of bikes and sizes. The workers and one of which I think was the owner were great to talk with, and could have stayed all day talking with them. Even though I live in Queens, I will definitely go there for parts and service because of their expertise and welcoming personalities
In store service was great - staff was extremely helpful. Trek phone representative told me an item was in stock that wasn’t. Wound up not needing item after consulting with store team member.

Friendly, clear explanations
Thank you for your quick service and good communication, as always. The Vanderbilt location is a nice little hole-in-the wall shop, but they are more clean, organized and efficient than many other larger bike shops in NYC.

Staff were friendly and helpful and welcoming to a less experienced cyclist! They helped me find the right bike that fit well and matches my ability. Easygoing and good-natured place! Will go back for tune-ups and whatever gear I need in the future.
