What do you like about our products and services?

I really appreciate the brakes and gears updates for life. I also like that you provided the serial number and took down my kryptonite key number to support any theft related claims. My last bike was stolen, and it really gives me peace of mind to know that Habitat cares about it.

It was also great to test ride a couple bikes. It made me more confident in my purchase decision.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

Chaos is the only way I can describe my visit to your store. I was willing to overlook that in order to purchase a decent road bike at a reasonable price, put a deposit down in a Tuesday, came on Friday instructed. There was only one guy working at the front, clearly haggard, he went back to talk to the mechanic and then the manager/owner? Yelled at him to go take care of the people at the front (instead of taking care of me himself) guy comes back looks up my order then goes away again to say that there was an issue with the truck and my bike wouldn’t be arriving till Tuesday. That while true wasn’t the actual reason, as an order was never created to bring my bike from BK to NYC. I received a call shortly later saying my bike was being put together and would be brought over for a Saturday delivery, but at that point it was too late. I went and bought a bike at Echelon.

What do you like about our products and services?

I’ve been coming to the Vanderbilt location for years and always get the best/quickest service from the repair department. As a working cyclist I often need repairs where I don’t have the skills, tools, or time to perform the task properly before or right in the middle of a shift. The Vanderbilt crew has always been there to rescue me and keep me rolling.
