No customers are allowed in the store, and so there were just three or four guys standing around the front just loudly and rudely talking about customers and people walking by. The quality of service has steadily declined over the years at all of your locations to be honest. I had a store credit there left to spend but now that that is gone I will probably never come back.

I am an amateur biker who needed a bike that would be gentle on my bad back and bad forearms, and Brian took me totally seriously and was kind and thoughtful and attentive and smart. And sold me a really great bike! I went to another local bike store and they gestured to 30 different hybrids and said, "Yeah, any of these should work." Me and my cash walked straight over to Bicycle Habitat!

The store is a little pricey, but the staff is very good and the products sold are great quality.
It’s really awful to stand on line for an hour in the heat, or
Cold, to wait for someone to bring you something outside to look at and then wait another 20 minutes for them to go try and get something else. Why not just check vaccine status?? All the bars and restaurants are open. I spent a thousand dollars (no joke an actual thousand dollars) on a bike and some gear an they couldn’t bring the bike out or let me go in to look at it. They basically said, so do you want it or not? I try to buy local, but what is the difference between that and Amazon? I guess I’m happy I got to spend my money at a local shop? but really it was an awful experience and I tell everyone it sucked.

Purchased a specialized bike, which I love. The staff was very knowledgeable, patient and willing to answer all of my questions. Turnaround times to get work done on the bike is reasonable and again they take the time to explain what they did and how to better take care of my bike.
