1. I had two gift cards that you messed up. They don’t work in your website without intervention by staff and even then I have received no products from my orders, yet the balances in the gift cards is apparently zero. In both cases I was adding money to the gift card balances, so actually trying to spend money.
2. Your stores are never open! Months after the pandemic (debatable, I know - but look around you) your stores still had their doors closed and a were taking only appointments. Almost every store in the city has been open to a greater extent for months and months.
If it’s this hard to spend my money with you, I’d rather spend it elsewhere.
Fast, less expensive, knowledgeable, proficient. A bunch of duddley do rights.
