Great service and knowledge from Benjamin and follow up to a technical enquiry from Jayden after an initial visit to the store to look at options for my old Trek which didn't inspire me to the point I went and spoke to Specialized around the corner.
The guy there (Joe) was very professional and it was difficult telling him I wouldn't be buying his bike/
Trek got my business again (Trek #4) after I contacted Trek in Wisconsin where Corey was excellent with his help and recognition of my issues/loyalty.
I still wish you would promote and do a one off run of the IsoZone component where 8.5DS owners pre-ordered/paid for the item as that would generate a lot of goodwill with no risk to Trek.

Hi, this is First name removed. I recently got the Trek Marlin 5 Gen 3 and accidentally contaminated both disc brakes after putting wd 40 on them, so I took it to Trek Pakenham where they fixed everything completely free of charge and even helped install a new light I’d bought for the bike. I just want to say a big thank you to Stuart and Wolf for fixing my bike and for the amazing goodwill. I would highly recommend Trek Pakenham to anyone getting their first mountain bike, whether you’re after a smooth, luxury ride or you’re a more experienced rider looking at full-suspension bikes, which I’m hoping to get in the future. Thank you to Trek for my first ever truly good bike, and hopefully anyone who reads this ends up getting their dream Trek too.

I went to the store to get a Garmin Edge holder for my bike and the guy helped me straight away to find it and it works perfectly. The store itself in Brunswick is very well presented so I’m likely to visit there again.
