This particular visit was to have my bike looked at before taking part in Amy’s Ride in 19/10/25 and then around the Bay ride the Sunday, 26/10/25, a week later.
Now, I love my bike; it’s a 2024 Madone Gen 8. When I ride it for the first time I was blown away with the speed, comfort handling and all around feel. It was the best bicycle I had ever ridden.
So you can imagine my reaction when I picked it up from Alfie, the store’s mechanic and took it over to Kew Boulevard the next day. The ride was better, yes better than when I first bought it. Incredible, not enough adjectives to fully describe how well Alfie had my bike “singing “. I cannot recommend these guys highly enough.

Friendly staff and good bike service team
Alfie went above and beyond to fit my bike service in at short notice. He took the time to listen to my concerns about noisy disc brakes on my road bike and explained everything clearly.
On collection, he let me know that while my brake pads weren’t due for replacement, he’d cleaned them, which completely fixed the issue. He also gave me helpful advice on what to expect at my next service — much appreciated! And the best part — my bike came back cleaner than when it went in! Loved that.

Came in having done some research about the best bike for a 12 year old. The staff were very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They offered a great deal with all the bells and whistles then assembled the extras free of charge. When I collected the bike the next day they helped me to they car , showed me how to take the front wheel off and the best way to position the bike into the back of an SUV
The boys at Trek Ipswich are always so helpful! They are kind and courteous and take the time to have a good chat! Would definitely recommend Trek Ipswich to everyone!

The person who helped me went above and beyond to tell me what I needed. Despite not having anything in my size in store - he searched other stores and built a comprehensive list of the ranges, sizes, prices and locations of all suitable bikes for my needs!
