I was met with a smile and a friendly conversation about my plans. Victoria (sales person) was helpful in my decision, and followed up with a ride around the block and two bikes that I was choosing from.

Quality bikes and after sales service
The staff had great knowledge of the products and went the extra mile to ensure we were able to leave with the bike my sone wanted, assembling one even though it was late in the day.
I love my Trek bike which I have had for a few years now. The staff at the Turramurra shop, especially Tatiana, are always so nice to me: they greet me if I see them in the street, fix minor bike problems for free and are generally super-helpful and generally pleasant!
