Hi, I recently purchased a Trek Marlin 7 from Trek Knox store and received excellent customer service from Chris. He helped ensure I ended up with the correct specced bike for my needs with myself being relatively new to MTB after not having ridden for many years. He was very patient and understanding with me and this was very much appreciated. And the Trek Marlin 7 has been great and has met the challenges I have given it so far. The team were very helpful and responsive keeping me up to date with progress on the new bike. They were clear in managing expectations and provided me with a good run down when I picked the bike up. Overall very happy with the service and the bike.
When I called I said I was driving a long distance so they said they would be able to get my 2 bikes serviced as soon as I got there and be done ASAP so I could then take bikes hlme

There was a great range of Trek bikes and accessories available in store. Riley was very helpful in setting up a bike for me to take for a test ride and getting my bike assembled for me to pick up the next day. The crew were all very friendly and helpful and genuinely interested in some of my set up regarding pedals etc since I don’t use Shimano SPD’s.
Customer service, deep knowledge of all things cycling and quality work which can only come from someone with experience and who rides themselves. Did a fantastic job servicing my Madone to bring it back from a deep state of disrepair and also gave great advice on how to improve my training with an indoor training setup. I visited Trek Bicycle Camberwell yesterday and had a fantastic experience. I met the manager, Bevan, and his partner, and both were exceptionally warm, positive, and professional. They made me feel genuinely welcome and took a real interest in building a relationship, not just making a sale.
The store itself has a great atmosphere, and the level of customer service and advice was first-class. I felt completely comfortable throughout the visit and left with full confidence in both the team and the shop.
Highly recommended for anyone who values professional service, genuine care, and expert guidance. It’s certainly a store I’ll be using in the future.
