I was only looking for accessories and found a good range at Trek in Phillip - good value too and staff that knew what I was looking for.
From the moment we walked into the store in Woden we were given 10/10 attention by Duncan to ensure that we purchased a bike fit for purpose. He delivered a comprehensive assessment of our needs and paired us to a bike. We were then able to test ride the bike without hassle and he encouraged us to check out the other stores and compare. Lest to say, there was no comparison offered by the other shops that came close to Duncan’s knowledge and enthusiasm for his passion. Obviously we purchased a great bike that was able to be custom fit, with all the bells (no whistles), and taken home that very day.

Trek Phillip has the best bike workshop in Canberra! Ben is a weapon and genuinely cares about getting you back out on your bike. I drive all the way across Canberra to get to this shop for his service.
Outstanding service from the young fella at the Coburg store, he didn’t push us to purchase but answered all our questions, engaged at the right level with my 9 year old son, offered helpful advice and without trying made me spend my hard earned money. He was seriously good. I would highly recommend anyone in the market for a new bike visit this store. Outstanding
