(That was not the case for a competitor store down the road and that also made a difference into which products/store I would recommend)

I had a very good experience with a number of staff during my search to buy a new helmet. All the staff that I interacted with, both in the store or on the phone, were friendly and helpful. As an older woman rider, that's what I want in a bike shop!
