Pricing was amazing and the service was good. All the accessories are well priced. Only issue with trek was that I wanted to buy a bike but there was no negotiation on the price of the bike where other brands do. So unfortunately trek lost out on the sale for $200 on a $2900 bike. Where the competitors had negotiation with there pricing
Trek has become my "Go to place" over the last 5 years or so. It's because they are accessible, friendly and helpful staff, prompt with servicing and have products to match. So much so I know ride a Trek Domane. Highly recommend!

I've been a client of TREK Brighton, and it's great to see Scott again at TREK Carnegie! Scott was so warm and welcoming at the Carnegie store, and he spent time studying what was needed to make the handlebar and stem changes on my bike (it was a bit complicated). Alfie was also excellent in fixing the derailleur/hanger issue I had, and he also took my bike out for a spin to test it after the fix. My home is 12km away from TREK Carnegie, but I'll come back in a heartbeat because Scott and Alfie delivered excellent service, and it felt like home.

The Trek team at Phillip are always welcoming, friendly and helpful, able to answer my queries. My Domane+ was serviced well and I was impressed that Ben did a thorough check of the bike before I left the store to determine what level of service it required, which turned out to only be level 1.
