Called before I went to the store. They were very helpful and had the item in stock. When I arrived they greeted me and already had the item at the checkout ready to purchase. An excellent and smooth experience.
I recently had my Emonda road bike serviced here and was really impressed with the whole experience. The team had every opportunity to upsell me on extras, but they didn’t — they were completely honest about what actually needed doing. That alone gives me a lot of confidence and is the main reason I’ll be returning for any future servicing.
