The build quality, geometry and component matching of Trek bikes is next level, such a great product!! The modern store with everything a cyclist needs is impressive, the staff are very knowledgeable, attentive, friendly and servicing/repairs are done expertly and in a timely manner. I'm a returning customer and Matt is my go to member of the team who is awesome to deal with and just does a great job of looking after me and anyone I recommend him and Trek Joondalup to.

Jo was very helpful in helping me pick my first shorts bib. She explained the difference between Rapha Core vs Pro and gave me heaps of time to try them on myself. I didn't feel any pressure in purchasing. She also asked me if I wanted to sign up for $10 off my first purchase which was a real treat!
