I came in Friday to see if the team could do a "on-the-spot" repair of my sticky front disc brakes. The team were very friendly, and after a few questions they identified a couple of additional issues to fix.
I was super impressed at how quickly they turned around my bike - they gave it a tub, waxed the chain, and sorted out the cantankerous SRAM gear change issue.
These guys are why I'm very brand loyal to Trek - they're a really super engaged crew, they came across as genuine, down to earth, bike nerds...
I live in Brisbane so I won't get to visit this team that often - but if you're in the Burleigh/bottom of the GC area - these guys are worth a visit...

We just had our bikes serviced by Trek Pakenham, wasn't sure what they needed but ended up being just a level 1 service, so not oversold on a service we didn't need. Bought new helmets as well and they gave us a discount. Friendly and helpful staff. Looking forward to getting back into riding. :)

The only reason it is not 10/10 is that Trek aftermarket products are really pricey, which put me off buying them, but the bike is great.
