Friendly service
product range (colour, sizes and designs) is great. Service was good by one technician only, I found the younger people have very little knowledge of what they are servicing. A lesson on recreational importance to customers is much needed.

Kev - the store manager - helped me a lot when I had bike wheel damage on Sunday morning. Despite him being short-staffed and his store having lots of customers, he replaced my damaged wheel with a wheel from one of the bikes on his shop floor … and he did so at no cost to me !!

From the moment we walked in to the Pakenham store we were given the most amazing customer service from the team. They listened to what we were after, showed all available options and assisted us to make an informed choice that suited my son's needs perfectly including additional purchases of a lock and tag for security purposes. On the day of pick up the bike was displayed with my son's name and we felt like we were picking up a new car lol. The team were fantastic and I would highly recommend them.
Luc looked after me and kept me updated on getting my bike back so I could ride. Went for a ride yesterday and super happy with how it was riding after a new drive train as clean up.

Great service! On very short notice, the mechanic assembled my bike out of the airplane case, serviced it, and had it ready in just three hours.

Love my new bike and the service I received from Adrian and the team was exceptional. Adrian explained everything about the bike and as a cyclist, was able to help me get the bike I wanted. He even did a reasonable bike fit for me before I left the store.
