Product line is generally pretty diverse. And the amount of cycles in store is huge. Hoppers shop is definitely much better set out than the neighbouring 99cycles shop. It's much cleaner and open, design is better. But the highlight was the service. The service person behind the desk was excellent, helped me out immediately and with great competence. Makes the shop easily preferable of the nearby competitor.

Troublesome new bike with two damaged on arrival but just brilliant service from the store, got me on the road on a loaner, super quick response and resolution to an issue with the bike a few hundred km in. So the bike and I have a way to go in the trust department but I couldn't be happy with the crew at Trek Packenham - they epitomise what makes local bike shops still shine.
