The team at Trek Carnegie went above and beyond, installing my new pedals on the spot at no extra cost. They were welcoming and very helpful, highly recommend.
I was very impressed by Daniel and Sandow - when I first entered the store, Sandow listened to all the information I had about what I wanted - he asked questions to clarify. Then he took me to Daniel because he had more experience in the bike I was interested in. Sandow gave Daniel a summary of what I'd told him, and then Daniel took over. It was such a great experience - I felt heard and in good hands. They were respectful of my hesitance to make a decision, as it's such a lot of money! (checkpoint+ SL7).

Our sales person Alan was amazing. We purchased a bike for my 11 year old and he explained all the features, how to care for the bike as well as taking the time to help him find additional pieces he wanted. Highly recommend the store and Alan!
