The products are good but the service from Trek Shop Rouse Hill is the best I have seen in 30 years of riding bikes.

Staff searched across the network of stores to find a part that had been discontinued. They notified me when it arrived in store and the whole transaction in store was painless. Staff offered advice on how to fit the part and were in a great mood which made the experience enjoyable.
