Great store. Helpful staff. Unfortunately not a lot of non-premium stock in store. There's definitely an effort to upsell.

The service was quite impressive by your service person at the counter. He replaced the brake lever efficiently and lubricated which made my bike brake in working order.
Pricing was amazing and the service was good. All the accessories are well priced. Only issue with trek was that I wanted to buy a bike but there was no negotiation on the price of the bike where other brands do. So unfortunately trek lost out on the sale for $200 on a $2900 bike. Where the competitors had negotiation with there pricing
Trek has become my "Go to place" over the last 5 years or so. It's because they are accessible, friendly and helpful staff, prompt with servicing and have products to match. So much so I know ride a Trek Domane. Highly recommend!

I've been a client of TREK Brighton, and it's great to see Scott again at TREK Carnegie! Scott was so warm and welcoming at the Carnegie store, and he spent time studying what was needed to make the handlebar and stem changes on my bike (it was a bit complicated). Alfie was also excellent in fixing the derailleur/hanger issue I had, and he also took my bike out for a spin to test it after the fix. My home is 12km away from TREK Carnegie, but I'll come back in a heartbeat because Scott and Alfie delivered excellent service, and it felt like home.

I walked into the store to buy a specific item (listed on the website although not listed as being in stock in this location). The agent who greeted me was very friendly and efficient, and he found the item I was looking for in no time at all. I was thoroughly satisfied.
