I love the store layout and the range of products. I realise there’s a bit of a staff shortage at the moment but I was able to book my bike in for a service when it suited me.

What my bicycle needed was explained very well. It was fixed up pretty quickly, only 1 day! Communication was easy and the service is priced really reasonably. Jackson did an amazing job fixing my bike and I really appreciated his explanation at the end of all the work he'd done.

Ali brilliant manager again his knowledge and customer service is of the highest standard. He listens and he is very patient. I have been in store when Ali has had to deal with an extremely RUDE customer and Ali handled it perfect, I must say I would have simply asked to customer to leave and never come back but Ali calmed the customer and got the job done.

The ability to book a service within 48hrs most times. Their attention to details is high. With a professional check over some items done as was doing an interstate bike trip.
My high end race bike was not a Trek but had more confidence than the WA dealer.
Super honest and professional. Had my bike booked in for a level 2 service, and the techs deemed it to only need a level 1 service, saving me some money.
You won't find that level of integrity in too many places.
