My EMTB went in for a repair. The service people particularly Steve was outstanding. He knew his stuff, was very easy to talk to and shared his knowledge of bikes and parts.

Accomodation and pricing
Both sales people were very knowledgable and asked what I'd be using the bike mostly for. They explained the merits of the product and encouraged me to take the demo for a ride, which I did twice. I'd be very happy to recommend to my friends that they try out Trek e-bikes

I love Trek Bikes. I have been riding them for over 40 years. Now I have an F+2 ebike since January of 2025. I took the bike in for a repair and it was returned THE SAME DAY!! The repair was done, the rest of the bike was checked and adjusted, everything was super clean and the cost was minimal because a free first check-up was incl - it was 11 months but still honoured! I am thrilled that Trek Bicycle Carnegie is close to where I live and is easy to get to.
