I have always had great service from the staff at TrekPenrith . Ranging from advice, to doing a last minute very short notice brake service on my bike the day before a big ride I had planned . I also was invited on the Wednesday morning social ride which I thought was a fantastic opportunity to test ride a bike I had short listed as a future purchase . Given the quality of the Trek bike brand and follow up service I have no hesitation recommending

Great bike and price and fantastic service
The trek Madone was recommended to me by a bike fitter and after trying about 6 other bikes from other makes I tested it. It was the only one I felt truly comfortable on and felt excited by.
Duncan at Trek Phillip assisted me knowledgeably and was generous with his time. He allowed me to test a couple of models for about 15 minutes each so I was able to make the right decision for me. He's also an absolute ratbag.
Andy also kindly helped me get my new bike into the back of my car and took me through some basic maintenance actions to help keep my new purchase in good condition.
Would shop there again.
